You know why.
We know how.

We take an adaptive approach to achieve lasting change.

Group actions are complex. Our approach isn’t.

We adapt our structure.

Our team flexes and contracts depending on the demands of the case.

We assemble the right skills from our network, as and when they’re needed for your case.

We adapt our services.

As needs change, our services change with them.

We have the experience and connections to find the right legal team, secure funding and plan the prosecution to ensure your case has the strongest chance of success.

We adapt our strategies.

When your case evolves, your strategy must too.

Court action is powerful, but it’s not the only path to lasting change: Informal resolutions, settlement schemes and mediations can all offer routes to successful resolution.

We tap into our extensive experience in this space to forge a path that’s right for you.

Networks are a powerful thing.

After nearly three decades of hard fought wins in major litigation, we are tightly connected to the best minds in the country.

Whether inside the law or outside it, these change-makers have each demonstrated their ability to achieve lasting change.

We leverage this extensive network and sometimes partner with other legal providers to make sure we get the best possible outcome.

Want a better legal experience? You’ve got it.

Stop paying for big fancy offices, listening to confusing legal jargon or being treated like “just another case”.

We run a lean organisation and small core team to keep expenses to a minimum.

We keep updates clear and simple, and give you straightforward advice and options.

We are highly selective - we only take cases and clients dedicated to lasting change.

A word from Hayden, our director.

2020_Hayden_LARGER-4306.jpg

I’ve spent the past 25 years helping people navigate the often outdated traditions of our legal system.

Law should not lock anyone out.

As a lawyer, and then leader of one of Australia’s largest social justice law firms, I guided teams of lawyers in a collective endeavour to deliver justice for clients.

I had the privilege of working with, and against, some of Australia’s best lawyers and legal advocates - and was involved in some of our country’s landmark legal victories.

The type of lawyer I am today is largely attributed to the colleagues and clients I’ve worked beside over the past two decades.

I intend to continue prosecuting on behalf of causes which particularly need to be won – not just for the individuals involved but for broader systemic and social change.
